When people make their shopping in a mall they have most often than not the habit into stopping by a restaurant and order something to eat, but they don’t seem to pay attention at their weight loss purpose when they are in this situation. Mall shopping usually ends up with spending a lot of energy and while you may think that there has been a considerable weight loss while doing the shopping, you may want to treat yourself with something yummy from the nearby restaurant. However the best choice in this respect is to steer clear from those fast foods where you can not get anything in a raw form, but mainly in the form of processed food.

* When you have found the restaurant or the snack bar, you should ask the waiter how specific dishes in the menu that you want to order are cooked. * Do not consider serving processed foods, meaning all that food found in fast food restaurants that will not only put on more fat on you, but will increase as well the levels of bad cholesterol making things worse for the overall state of your health.

* Why not stick instead to raw food? Consider ordering salads that help you burn the calories and not building them in. Many salads are the seen as the natural way of weight loss meaning that the food is not processed and thus easier to be digested while helping you eliminate the wastes faster allowing you to stay healthy.

All these suggestions can be a useful guide for you whenever you need to shop in a mall. If you feel like you are craving for something described above as fattening, you just have to drink from your bottle of water and have in the meanwhile a fruit salad to go.
