want to pile on chemicals when there are many natural ways to stop the signs of aging on skin as delicate as your face? There are leading ways to fill in and tighten the skin naturally and many people are choosing these natural remedies as a way of looking younger. Listed below are fool-proof steps to the best anti aging skin care you can possibly ask for, and it’s all natural!
Steps fort best anti aging skin care
First thing you must do to stop the signs of aging is to start a daily washing routine. This doesn’t mean lather up the soap and scrub your face, this means to take a soft wash cloth and warm water, and wash your face from chin to forehead. Wiping the skin gently will exfoliate your pores and make sure they remain clean and healthy. Washing up towards your hair line prevents pulling down on your skin which can cause wrinkles to appear earlier than what is normal.
The next thing you should do is to lightly dab lemon water onto your skin. The acidic qualities of the lemon will kill any harmful bacteria that may still linger on your skin and also tighten up the pores you just cleaned so that you are less likely to get blackheads or pimples. This is an important step, and one I follow every morning and evening. I was able to miss the pimples of my teenage years just by dabbing lemon water on my face. To make lemon water at home, take the juice of one lemon, about two tablespoons, and mix it with eight ounces of water.
The next step is also just as important as the first two. You can opt to skip it though, but make sure you do something else to help protect your skin. This is the only time I will say that make-up is good for your skin. I am a firm believer that if it goes on the skin it has to be as close to natural as possible, but with most make-up today the focus is on covering up blemishes instead of enhancing them or lessening their appearance. If you do choose to put make-up on, make sure your foundation has at least SPF-15 incorporated with the other ingredients. Sun damage is the leading cause of wrinkles and other signs of aging on the skin. If you wear light make-up, then make sure you put a sunblock on your skin that is SPF-15 before you put your lipstick/gloss or whatever else you might decide to wear. Choosing make-up that has the sunblock already in it; however, just skips an extra step later on. Though do keep a travel sized bottle of sunblock so that you can reapply it periodically throughout the day.
The fourth step in preventing the aging process on the skin is when you get home, make sure you wash your face as soon as you walk through the door. Even if you applied the sunblock, retouched your make-up, or what have you during the day, the germs and bacteria from the world around you still touched your face. Following the steps you did in the morning helps make sure that those germs are washed away and your face is once more protected from the aging qualities of the world around you. Disinfecting your phone is another good way to make sure that you prevent germs from entering your pores and causing blemishes that would make you appear older.
